Doesn’t Dr Jelly (the good lookin jelly in the corner withwith the glasses) usually sport a Santa hat this time of year?
Has it been stolen? or possibly just misplaced?
BTW – has anyone seen Santa?

Dr. Jelly’s Santa hat was another casualty of budget cuts and in the hands of Paul Ryan to get necessary emergency funding in the next 4 days. Or if you ask nice I will donate my dawgs hat.
