How much would it cost to start a basic beginning vending machine restaurant in Canada?

With only me as the staff.. almost totally automated? What products would sell?

I would hire as needed. Pop machines don’t need too much work. Also I would start with chips and chocolate bars before getting any wild hot foods. Until I get experience running a business. Actually I would prefer to be a customer of a vending machine restaurant rather than owning one. I would like to buy a fresh banana and hot soup or French fries. I watched a YouTube video of vending machines and I wondered why can’t we have one in my town.
