Asking a psychologist who sees Mindfulness as mumbo jumbo, to recommend one who doesn't is like ...

Let’s say by some error the person ended up in the wrong psychologist’s office. How do you characterize (with an analogy or just an adjective), the act of asking a psychologist who sees Mindfulness as quackery, to recommend one who sees it as not mumbo jumbo, or vice versa?

Someone said it’s like asking asking a pro-vaccine person to recommend an anti- vaccine person.

It’s a bit like asking a chiropractor who understands he’s basically a glorified massage therapist to recommend a chiropractor who will charge you $500 to squeeze your neck and claim your allergies are healed.

I agree with “someone” and time to move on and find an additional resource for what you seek.
