How long does Google update its listing from Amazon?

Asked by jamesruesch (217points) February 25th, 2016

I recently uploaded a product in Amazon. When you type in the name of my product in Amazon’s search bar, it will appear on top of the search results because it’s an original and unique name. However, whenever I go to Google and search for my product, it doesn’t display even the tip of the shadow of my product. What do you think is wrong?

A quick google search seems to indicate that Amazon doesn’t care about google listings and makes no attempt to structure its code or metadata to enhance its appearance in google. Amazon instead relies on its own brand reputation

Problem solved. Google took some time to index my Amazon page. It updated when somebody purchased.
