Can we schedule a chatroom party?

It came up in The Jelly Below Me. We all know the chatroom is mostly for cobwebs these days.
Would it be visited if we set up a certain time each week to be there?
We could try one first, then come back to this thread to set up something else. If someone knows of an event, birthday and the like, and wants to post the date and a time to see how many can make it, etc. maybe more jellies would fall in at a time, even if just to say howdy, or watch whatever others are saying.

Nah…count me out, too fast paced and your chat ends up scrolling down the line before anyone can ever respond and vice versa.
I’m not a chat room person either; I’ve never found it satisfying.

And dem icebergs get awfully cold at night so I have to curl up early too.

Why do the chat rooms always grind down to nothing to talk about?
There was a lot of cannibalism the last time I was there. Naturally, I’m in.
Yeah if I see it busy I will stop by,at least to say hi.
I’m not into chatrooms but I’ll try to stop by.
My guess is it will be hard to find a time that is good for the majority, since everyone here is from all over the planet.
So, somebody choose a time, let’s see what we can set.
How about 8 p.m New York time? It worked well for some of us in the past.
I’ll say hello. I’d like the notice of who’s in there to go. That way if you don’t know someone is there before you go in, you are more likely to pop in. And you won’t look like a sad loser being in there by yourself

Friday’s over, sister. Either Saturday or Sunday. I’m not sure what I’m doing later (Saturday) at 8 but don’t schedule it around me.
I’m fine on Saturday and Sunday, which are actually my Sunday and Monday. Although I I’m more comfortable with my Monday as I often have a Sunday to spend with my grandma. I’ve done my part. I’ll let others choose.

11 is fine for me. I should be home. Hopefully awake. I’ve no experience with chatrooms so am not sure what people do. Do you enter and start talking about whatever?

11pm N.Y. time, well..that 8 p.m. California time, maybe I’ll take a gander tonight, just to see who’s in the room. haha
That makes it 2am out west here I won’t be able to make it.

@jca 11 p.m is a bit late, but it’s Sunday and my family will most likely eat lunch later than usual. So maybe I will be able to come.
