How many calories per motion do you think it takes to sew by hand (see details.)?

Say, for whatever reason, you take the needle down and under and up and through, and when you bring it back up you have to extend your arm to the fullest extent. You are expending calories, but how many would you calculate per motion (“one” would be down, under, up and through.)?

One hand motion equals three sunflower seed cracks.

Ha ha ha ha! Can’t get nothin over on my jellies! Yeah, I’m still trying to puzzle this out. If the acting of picking them up crunching them, throwing the shells away, negates the calories you get from one seed, then it’s the perfect diet food!
