Are there any famous people that you admire? Admire for their charity work, admire for their advocacy, admire for anything at all?

Quentin Tarantino.
He is an arsehole, but he does not take shit from anyone, and fuck, does he make great movies.

Then there is of course, Satan.
He freed the human race from the shackles of mental and physical slavery from a celestial tyrant, and has been in a battle against this sky hitler ever since, knowing that ultimately he can not win, but does it anyway because it is the right thing to do.

James Rolfe, also known on Youtube as Angry Video Game Nerd.

He is one of the most conscientious artists I’ve known. He takes his work very seriously and follows the strict rule of “quality over quantity”. As a result his videos take longer to be released than other Youtubers, and many people are displeased with that. But I’d rather wait and watch a great video than watch several horrible ones everyday.

And his videos are not for everyone due to his rather crude jokes and video game theme.

Several, but the leading man for me currently is Mark Ruffalo, both for his acting and his activism.

Barack Obama.

He has had to take more shit and disrespect that anyone in America, and through it all, he hs kept his dignity and his cool.

You may disagree with his politics, but as a person, he gets my total admiration.

@Mimishu1995 I’m also a fan of AVGN, have been ever since I randomly found his Friday the 13th video. Being that I’m a horror fan, I also watch all his horror movie stuff, which he has quite a lot of. And I’m alwas looking forward to James and Mike Mondays…every monday. Also did you ever watch his Bored James videos? Those are hilarious.

But aye, what you say is right. He has a passion for what he does and it shows. We also get less videos now because he has a daughter, and I imagine, a job. But eventually I’m certain that he’ll make his living by doing what he loves.
Haven’t seen the AVGN movie though…when it came out in MontrĂ©al, I was too broke to go. :/

Bernie Sanders has been impressing me. I’ve never been so impressed by, nor felt so aligned with, a politician I can vote for.

I find many celebrities very impressive for the things they do, mostly professionally. That seems obvious and common though, so I don’t know what you mean by “admire” exactly.

Im so relieved that the Stewart turns out to be Patrick. My first thought upon seeing the name Stewart was Martha? WTF? Nothing much that admirable about her that I can think of, ha ha.

:D
