Which essential oils are used for what ailments?

I have heard so many positive claims on using essential
oils for different health reasons etc. I was wondering
which oil is used for what and how do you know if
you are buying 100% oil or a sub-standard oil?

The cost NEVER determines the quality. The best homemade fudge I’ve ever had was $2 from my family friend I met as a street vendor. (It was not laced lol). Throughout the street were fudge stores with $12/lb bars of fudge that were no where near as smooth, elegant, or gently invigorating.
Anything runs the same way. Quality determines quality. Cost determines revenue of the vendor.
