Can you help me remember this character? (DW)

Okay, so I was watching “Who do you think you are?” and it was with Twiggy (Leslie Hornby), and she reminded me so much of a character in one of the Doctor Who episodes.
The problem I have, is that I can literally imagine the character in my head, and all that, I JUST CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME PLACE HER!
I know the character isn’t actually portrayed by twiggy, but the actress looks a lot like her.
I am also pretty sure that she appeared in an episode with David Tennant as the Doctor.

I can remember the character as being frightened.
Possibly one of the game show type episodes? I’m not sure.

It is really starting to bug me, because I can picture it so clearly, but can’t place it.
PLEASE HELP!

After looking at a few pics of Twiggy to refresh my memory, the two that come to mind are Donna Noble, played by Catherine Tate, and Rose Tyler, played by Billy Piper.

This comes to mind:

Georgia Moffet who is the daughter of the actor who played the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison (Davison is a stage name). She played Jenny – the Doctor’s Daughter. She’s also married to David Tennant and they have four kids.

So the Doctor’s Daughter played the Doctor’s Daughter, then married the Doctor and had the Doctor’s Daughter.

Wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey indeed.

Thanks so much guys, but I realised who I was thinking of, it was Sky Silvestry in the episode Midnight, played by Leslie Sharp.
Twiggy only really looked like her at this one camera angle.
It was also the eyeliner that reminded me of Sky
