What can a 25 year old unemployed Indian Engineer do to start earning at least 50k INR per month in 1 year?

Asked by sherdil (26points) May 18th, 2016

Whatever I pursue now my chances of earning this much must be high. I have done B.Tech in ECE in 5.5 years with 62%. I have zero technical knowledge. I have worked for little over 1 year in international BPO.

There’s a lot of jargon in this post. I fear anyone not already in the industry will have a hard time figuring out what you’re saying. I know I’m lost.

If you’re looking to brainstorm ideas, we can probably help, but I don’t believe any of our regulars are Indian, and thus as a whole we’re not terribly familiar with employment culture in India.

There’s nearly 1.3 billion people in India. The vast majority of them have at least SOME money. Think of some problem that is common and create a solution. If unemployment is a problem, think of a way to market employment services to the unemployed. Or sell training to them in your area of expertise, or invent some simple low-cost contraption that makes life easier in some useful way. You’re living in a country that is the epicenter of possibility.

@Seek There must be Indians on the site so they can help me. And I can do some work online too so location won’t matter. I just can’t decide what to do.
@kritiper People from that location must be doing that. How can I come from India and give them competition?
@gorillapaws I can’t decide what I want to do. I have not been able to figure out my interests.

I’ve been here since 2009, and I don’t recall any Indian regulars, ever. Lots of spammers, though.
