I have a Nutri-bullet and reviews say it’s awesome.

Every morning, watermelon, blue berry, banana, kale, lime, almonds, chocolate.

Guava, mango, strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, crushed ice, cinnamon and a splash of coconut milk…to die for!

There’s the classic: frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, OJ. Note: keep dairy away from a smoothie. That’s a milkshake, and it’s disgusting. Frozen bananas, when blended, create a creamy consistency that is like ice cream.

My wife occasionally makes: frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, tons of kale, and a splash of OJ. Note: It takes a long time in a standard blender to work the kale into a good mix. You can rush it by putting in more liquid (OJ). But it comes out better if you take your time. Less liquid is always better.

Wait.
A milkshake is disgusting, but a smoothie drink with “a creamy consistency that is like ice cream” is the goal?

^ No. A smoothie with frozen yogurt is a bad milkshake. Just using frozen bananas is good. Adding frozen yogurt to a smoothie is the “we don’t really know how to make a smoothie” ingredient.

Orange juice
Banana
Yogurt
Frozen blueberries
Spinach (or kale)

That’s my breakfast three or four days per week. I keep all those things on hand and it takes 2 minutes to make and clean up.

You will not regret this, I promise. Get some frozen strawberries and blueberry syrup, something similar to this. Chuck your frozen strawberries in a blender, some ice, half a cup of blueberry syrup, three/four spoons of sugar and just a bit of water. Let the blender do its magic and voilĂ . It’ll be ice cold but oh my my….
I don’t know if you would consider this a “smoothie” but this crossed my mind so I had to share.

I have so many. For ages, I hated green smoothies, here is a good one!

Kale
Spinach
cucumber
Fruit juice small shot
Ginger either fresh or powder
Dash of honey
Dash of lemon
add some berries like blueberry, raspberry etc.,
add water as required.
