Tumblr: how do I add an image as a header?

Right.. Ive created a collage in photoshop that Ive already saved in jpeg and uploaded it on flickr (so it has its own URL) but I want to put it onto my tumblr blog, I still want to keep the title text but I want the image to appear underneath it and stay there. I want the rest of the theme to stay the same. Hope someone can help?!?
