Any sexual act you perform with a person of the opposite sex is inherently a heterosexual act.

Asking ”...is it gay to like that?” is an offensive question. There is no act that “is gay”; and to say that there is promotes bullying and antagonism.

Whatever two consenting adults, of any gender, decide to do to or with each other is perfectly fine. So, if you enjoy it, go for it.
As for using the word “gay” that way — it’s like saying “is it ‘bad’ or ‘stupid’ or ‘inappropriate’.” It makes “gay” a negative, which it is not.
