Would an ACV drink help with yeast in your body?

Was wondering if Apple Cider Vinegar would help
get rid of extra yeast in the body?

I have also heard that cutting out sugar in your diet
will do the same thing. Anyone know?

No such thing as “yeast in your body” but if you believe in it and want to drink apple cider vinegar knock yourself out.
