Best videoconferencing service/gear?

Looking for suggestions for videoconferencing w/ Skype and other free applications. Please comment as applicable on suggested webcam models, web-based &/or desktop/server based solutions, to be used in an office environment.

If you have a Mac, iSight and iChat works just fine for me.

Theatre mode in iChat is very useful for showing off images, presentations and other content. Even websites, which is great for what I do.
