Carla…darnit! I can’t just pick one!
To truly appreciate the small things. Take every chance possible, to learn knew things. You never know how long you have here, don’t squander that time. Watch a sunrise and a sunset.

Love your family and friends.

first lesson would be that communication, education and love for humanity is first and foremost. when we understand our spiritualities, religions, pasts and our ethnicities, we can live in harmony. we must begin at humanity education on a global approach.

Problem solving can be done without resorting to violence if you take the time to get to know each other personally.

Never under estimate the impact your words and actions can have, even the smallest ones, therefore do your best to keep your words and actions kind, including the small ones.

@marissa – perfect! :)

Lead by example: Accept and appreciate the world around you and the people in it, however unusual, weird and wonderful it/they may be.

Be yourself and live in THIS moment to your fullest ability. If you stand with one leg in yesterday and one in tomorrow….you are peeing on today.

And today’s all we have…

Jesus hates everyone that doesn’t follow my specific religious sect and wants them to burn forever in the fires of hell!

Oh, and something about peace and love, or some shit….

wildflower's avatar

@trumi
Are you my old history teacher? You sound like him….

trumi's avatar

@wildflower: I doubt it, but I’ll take that as a compliment.

wildflower's avatar

Yea, me too – and yes you should, my history classes were always good for a giggle….unless you were the one being picked on that day!

Do everything you want to do (within reason and legal limit) and be exactly who you want to be.

“You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself
any direction you choose.
You’re on your own.
And you know what you know.
And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go.”

Dr. Seuss, Oh, the Places You’ll Go!
