Which heartrate watch can receive training details from the pc ?

I've seen the Polar RS400 in action and it can receive preplanned running training from the pc !
You set up your training schema with targetted hrm zones and your watch knows the details during the run !!

So my questions are there any other brands who can do this ?

Not sure of the brand, by my grandmother showed me a monitor that she got from Curves. Looks like a beeper. It relays tons of information, from heart rate, steps taken, calories burned. On the computer, you can tell it what goals you want to set & when you reach that goal, the beeper thing lets you know.
