Advice on using an exercise ball as a desk chair?

I want to sit on this big silver ball as I work on my computer. Is there a recommended position for my feet, height of keyboard, etc?

I’d be more worried of the amplification a large inflatable ball would add to any flatulence in an office environment, but thats probably just me…
