If Puerto Rico was to become a sovereign nation, how could it sustain itself?

Beyond tourism & becoming a tax heaven , what else can/should be considered?

Don’t they have an excellent coffee business that they could employ for GDP?

I would imagine that they might be like Monte Carlo, Monaco, and have a thriving gaming business, for the wealthy.
