Software test tools available on trial basis?

As a budget-tight company we want to try out a software test management system for a fortnight- we just want to make sure it meets our requirement before purchasing one.

There are many software test tools available for free. Much depends on what sort of testing you want and what environment you’re working in—essential details, that you’ve omitted here.

Otherwise, if you’re thinking of purchasing one, contact the vendor and ask for a one-month evaluation license. This is something reputable vendors do routinely.
