Is there a time during the week where gas is cheaper?

like wednesdays? Maybe not weekends… Just wondering…

If i had to guess i would say no but im only 14 so I dont drive yet.

I would have to say in general no….but sometimes I do see a spike Fridays, especially before a holiday (travel) weekend.

In NJ, there’s a law that limits gas stations on the turnpike and expressway to only one price change per week. So, when gas was sky-rocketing during summer, the cheapest gas would always
be at those gas stations. I believe Friday is the set day in which they can change their prices, thus on Thursday’s there would be a line more than a block waiting to get gas that was about 15 cents cheaper than local stations.

In Australia we have ‘cheap Tuesday’. Prices are on a weekly cycle. Not sure why this is, but there are some long lines at the pump (bowser) on a Tuesday!
