I agree that it's Wilson. Using mirza's Wikipedia link above:

McKinley left office in 1901, making him the first.
He was followed by Teddy Roosevelt (2nd), Taft (3rd), and then by Wiilson (4th) in 1913.

yes but mckinley was elected president in the 19th century -
roosevelt was the first one to be elected president during the 2othy century -
so doesnt that make roosevelt the first president???

Had the question been who was the 4th "elected" president of the 20th century, I might agree. =)
