Lots of my dieting friends prefer Spark People.

I liked the Body by Glamour program at glamour.com. It’s 12 weeks long but you can start any time and renew the program as many times as you like. It allows you to write down all the things you ate and the calories associated with them, as well as keep track of your exercise and how much calories you burn with that. There are workouts and healthy recipes, it’s really helpful and easy to use.

I agree with @Laureth sparkpeople is a comprehensive approach to healthy living. It’s also an über-organization tool.

i use www.runnersworld.com to log my work outs. It’s excellent for that. I believe it also has features to keep track of diet, but I don’t really diet, so I’m not positive.

The www.shape.com website can be helpful too.

I personally like to use and app called Lose It! it work’s really good in your endeavor to count calories, journal what you do eat and set daily goal’s in terms of calories to reach those goals. One of my favorite feature’s of this app is that it can find and save any food you can buy at most popular restaurant’s or grocery store along with all the nutritional values that accompany it. And if they don’t have it all you have to do is take a picture of the upc code on the back of the package and it will find it for you.
A great tool for those wanting to stay fit because we all know that you are what you eat and if you are really serious about loosing weight or bulking up diet is key.

I want to take back my original statement about sparkpeople, which has since become so overrun with ads that is is UNUSABLE.

LoseIt, however, as @MrGuru has mentioned above is amazesauce.
