Does ejaculation really help your prostate?

I'm willing to accept that as a working excuse. Just like the studies that suggest intercourse alleviates headaches in women.

i figure all of the plumbing in your body is healthiest when used regularly.

Use it or lose it. When I learned mine had only 6 weeks left on the plant I made sure to drain it so many times we both couldn’t walk.

Yes, especially when it comes to prostatitis (prostate infection), it relieves the pain and inflammation (prostate shrinkage). During ejaculation, the fluid that gets out (milking) gives this relieve.
