Best place in NYC to rent space to teach a tech course?

- Need a room for training 1-day and 3-day seminars; end-user will provide their own trainer/manuals.
– Need aprox. 12 PC-workstations & monitors in which end-user needs installed their software (to be un-installed upon completion of the course).
