one thing you do not want is to start tensions with a country of Russia’s caliber, especially not militarily.

Obama will be asked about it by the press, of that you can be assured, and his answer is critical since it will set the tone for our relations with Russia. It is his problem now since there is nothing Bush can implement in the time he has left.

bush has plenty of time to Implement almost anything. It would take less than 12 hours to move soldiers there. The reason you won’t see anything from us is logistics for supplies. We would be cutting our supplies up. Nothing will become of this.
