Can you give a bit more details about what foods you like/don’t like? Would you be OK with a vegetarian dish? If you have certain ingredients that are at their prime today, list them and I’ll see what I can come up with.

I don’t know rossi, but you are chilled, so I am thinking a stew or beans. Do you like that stuff? It warms your innards.

Chile Verde?
Lasagne?
Homemade Mac & Cheese?
Clam Chowder?

In my case, whatever the hubby is making.

I say go for tilapia.

do you want meat nonetheless? I would say vegetarian lasagna, but if you’re in a meat mood then why not fish or something?

Mamak mee, roti canai, teh tarik ! UGHHH irresistable

well I like fish but that is kinda pricy right now here, love veggies of all kinds, and stew and soup is what i can have but along with chicken that is pretty much all i can eat. so i am pretty limited. .. foolahoic no i don’t have the craving for meat anymore the pain is not worth the craving. but the lasagna sounds good. i can have pasta.

Any kind of veggie pasta sounds good to me! Or I’d go for the lasagna.

Rossi-go for the lasagna. There are a lot recipes for meatless lasagna. In fact I might have one but you wouldn’t be able to make it tonight.

What about a lasagna-themed pasta casserole? It’s quite a bit less effort involved than making a lasagna, and you can add in a layer of (lightly cooked) veggies very easily.

You must do Fish Tacos. Use any type of fish, but I like Tilapia.

Or, a grilled Grouper Sandwich. Oh…Grouper…yumm nick.

Hows about something completely different? Egg Drop Soup (you can buy little packets in the Asian aisle at the grocery. Mix with water and add tofu, an egg and chives. Takes less than 10 minutes and only has 30 calories!) with tofu and some chives and then a grilled ham and cheese sandwich on the side.

Dang. I’m getting hungry…

Or baked spaghetti with turkey Italian sausage…ok I’m done now.
