What's the best Tablet PC for drawing/art purposes?

If you’re talking about a pen tablet, most pro’s I know use Wacom tablets. They are rather expensive but the stylus and tablet are considered top-shelf in most circles. Other than the brand, the size is a consideration. Depending on the work you’re doing, bigger could potentially be better but as in the case of many things it will also be considerably more expensive.
