Any alternatives to streamwatcher ?

hey there my fellow flutherites,

The internet at our office is so sluggish, so i thought to myself, why not trace it, so i fired up streamwatcher, which i haven’t used since tiger, and well..it stopped working under leopard, so now all of you can guess what my question is, i just need an OS X app. that can let me watch what’s hogging resources in my network
