How did John Bonham die?

Pulmonary edema of the lungs-waterlogging of the lungs from his own vomit (from a massive ingestion of vodka). Since his band mates found him in that state, it’s likely that he passed out during that episode and choked/suffocated while alone.

From what I’ve heard, Bonham choked on his own vomit lying face up, drunk, passed out. Someone found him next morning. Tragic. His son follows his footsteps with playing the drums though.
