Does the iPhone or iPod Touch have bluetooth, if yes, can it sync with iTunes via bluetooth?

The iPhone does have bluetooth, but you still have to sync with iTunes using a standard iPod USB cable. Not sure about the iPod Touch.

No the iPod touch does not have bluetooth at all…and ketoneus is correct about the iPhone.
