Can I take hydrocodone 7.5 along with one tylenol pm?

I really need to sleep. I got maybe 4 hrs last night and the night before. I drink a cup of warm milk and take 2 tylenol pms at about 9pm and I get sleepy, but as soon as I get into bed around 11pm I can’t sleep. I am up every 2–1/2 hours. Help!
