Where can I find details from an accident on 101N from yesterday (12 Sept 2007)?

Yesterday I witnessed a hit and run on 101 N at San Carlos. I’m trying to find out info on that accident because later, the guy was caught by CHP farther north on 101 after he had another accident. The CHP Traffic Incidents page at http://cad.chp.ca.gov/ only goes back to midnight. Is there a way to pull up yesterday’s info? Or another page (local news?) where I might find this information?
