How do I put music from my Windows Media Player into my "music" folder in "my documents"?

I need to know how to bring a song from my Windows Media Player and transfer it to My “Music” folder in “My Documents”. I figured it out one time but then Idk how I got it to work (hehe). Can somebody help me? Thanks!

First, take all the music from whatever folder it’s currently in and move it to My music. Then you have to show wmp where it is. Go into Windows Media Player, click “File” then “Import Media” or something similar. You then tell it to look in the folder “My Music” and it will sync all the music over and be able to play it.

or you can just drag and click, always worked for me
