Where can I buy blank quality zipper hoodies?

Asked by ipodrulz (81points) January 2nd, 2009

I’m designing zipper hoodies for a school team and I can’t find any blank hoodies that aren’t too thick, but also have a define cut. I’m looking for Abercrombie quality sweaters and price isn’t too much of an issue. Thanxs in advance!

I got some really nice ones at models that i used for stenciling on. One of the warmest/most comfortable hoodies i ever owned.

Lululemon is great! They are a teensy bit pricey but not too bad. They have reaallly cool seaming so they have a very define cut. Go to lululemon.com, they have thick ones which I own a few, and also thin ones, which have a little bit of spandex in them so they are really defining. Good luck

Have you looked at American Apparel‘s hoodies?

The American Apparel hoodies are 50/50 and have a nice cut.

You guys are great! So fast! What I’m wondering about the American Apparel ones are if they’re unisex. Cause I want ones specifically for girls and guys just so the cut looks better.

@desiree333 The lululemon def. seem nice quality wise, the only problem is that I intend on putting a design on them – so I need blank ones.

Job Lot if you have no other option.

american apparel has sizing for men and women

@ipoddrulz, by blank if you mean white, yes there are for sure white sweaters, plain white, in the thick kind and the thin kind.

Also, let them know your plan. Perhaps they will give you a bulk discount or something. I’ve heard of such things happening.

desiree333's avatar

oh and yes lululemon is for male and female. btw

desiree333's avatar

@peedub, yeah they might give you a discount, companies do that alot surprisingly.

@90s_kid Job Lot!? I’m sorry could you link me cause I can’t seem to find it.

ipodrulz's avatar

@desiree333 This is the type of sweater I want – just without the pattern. link

Where do you live? Sorry, Job Lot’s full name is “Ocean State Job Lot”. They are only located in New England/New York. I had a senior moment for a second there because I totally forgot that!

I gound this but I do not know other price comparisons.
How many people on your team? How old?

ipodrulz's avatar

@90s_kid: Don’t worry bout it :P I live in Toronto, so I guess it won’t help me much :( Thanx though.

@uberbatman: Models? Is that a brand? Could you pass me a link please?

El_Cadejo's avatar

whoops typo, missed the second L…. modells

90s_kid's avatar

this for the 2nd link.

@90s_kid: It sounds snobbish – but price isn’t a factor. Of course I don’t want like $200 but $80–90 is still okay.

We have around 20–30 people in our team.

Sorry, I am a bargain hunter.

Another vote for American Apparel.

You previously said that you want a “blank” sweater, and sent me a link. Well I looked at it, and I don’t see the difference between it and a lululemon sweater. How is this sweater “blank” and the one I suggested not? Sorry if I seem defensive, Im not like “you have to go with lululemon!” or anything, I just dont get how the sweater you showed me is blank and the lululemon sweaters are not fit for the job.

ipodrulz's avatar

@desiree333: What I meant was I want something like the link I set but blank. I like the lululemon ones cause they seem to be really high quality. I e-mailed the people from lululemon and I think you can actually change the colour of the sweater when you order it – I’m most likely going with them. If not then I might try dress shirts instead of sweaters.
