Flash software for old mac?

i have a mac powerbook g4 model 10.3.9 and i can’t get any version of flash player to download. i download the software from the adobe website but installation fails because i lack the proper plug-ins which always fail to download or install properly. anyone ever come across this?

Have you tried Here and selecting “Macintosh OS X 10.1 – 10.3”? that looks like where to get the installer. After installing you will probably have to close and reopen the browser
