What drivers should I download to give my PC it's sound back?

I installed a new video card (HD 4830) and soon realized that I had “No Audio Device”. I have absolutely no sound whatsoever.

I downloaded & installed the ATI HDMI Audio Device driver 1st. Everything looked as it should in the Sounds and Audio Devices section, but I still had no sound. I could adjust the volume, mute, etc. just nothing was coming out.

I removed that then d/led & installed Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003(32/64 bits) Driver only (Executable file). That one changed nothing. Still had “No Audio Device”.

Not really sure what to do at this point. Video looks beautiful but kinda sucks without sound to go with it.
