Can I force my Fedora Server to send an email when booted?

Here is what I would like to happen:

1) The server is powered on (Running Fedora 9)
2) It retrieves the “inet addr” from eth0 “216.93.XXX.XXX”
3) It emails the number “216.93.XXX.XXX” to my adress

I would like this to all happen on start up without having to do anything other than press the power button.

Is this possible?
