Any Quebecois out there: What's the deal with the R scores?

Mine and everyone’s R score was really diminished since last semester. I did really good, but it only improved by less than 1. Now, there’s a notice saying that there is new criteria that the ministry of education is using. What’s the deal with you?

mine has gone down too, but i failed lumberjacking, maple syrup production, fundamentals of ice hockey, and caribou husbandry…so what do you expect eh?
