How do I sell something online?

What’s the cheapest/quickest/easiest way to set up an ecommerce store? Not eBay, but my own store selling only one product, at one cost. What are the costs/fees?

I would guess shopify.com is what you’re looking for. Clean, simple, web 2.0 shop right out of the box. The prices depend how much you plan to sell, but seem reasonable: $24 per month + 2% transaction fee, $59 for 1%, or $299 for .5%.
