90% of the time—a bowl of cereal with skim milk + a glass of OJ. Usually a cup or two of coffee as the morning wears on.

The other 10% of the time is much more fun—pancakes or waffles, bacon & eggs, etc. That’s when I have time to cook.

it depends if i am on a high Carb day or a High Fat day
High Fat Day: 3 eggwhites & 1 full egg, Scrambled with cheese on top with Hot sauce or salsa and two sausage links

Hi Carb Day: Half a bagle with the same amount of eggs just no cheese and a bowl of Oatmeal.

A banana. Yum.

Scrambled eggs on the weekend.

A bowl of cereal with fruit and a cup of coffee is the usual. Every so often, I’ll go out for waffles and eggs. If I want to go hog wild, I’ll have either a full English at a place down the road or a full Southern in Fort Greene.

At home I usually don’t eat breakfast. In Iraq I eat half a plate full of oranges, Lucky Charms and Cheerios. :)

A banana that I buy from the little fruit/sandwich/soup cart on the first floor of my office building.

On the weekends, I typically skip breakfast and have a larger lunch.

Lately my own homemade granola bars, yum! If not that, then a banana and yogurt, sometimes cheese sticks if I’m going somewhere and eating in the car.

Peanut butter toast for the last 20 years.

If I am going to work I usually stop at the store and get a sausage or tenderloin biscuit and a Sundrop. If I’m not working I usually miss the breakfast hours.

I usually eat brunch or a larger lunch… and it’s usually been crap… I’m no/low carb at the moment. Eggs/cheese/bacon, spinach omelet, a burger or grilled chicken sandwich with no bun or condiments and some kind of cheese…

Coffee with milk and sugar. Sometimes I have eggy in the hole, which is when you take some bread, cut a hole in the middle, put it in a pan and crack an egg in the hole. It’s delish!

i hate eating breakfast, but i usually just grab something anyway because it’s supposed to be good for you.
coffee (always) and sometimes just a homemade smoothie on the way to school, or a muffin or something. i hate it though haha, i’m never hungry until like noon.

Coffee. Drink. Repeat.
If I am really hungry, I may make my favorite hi-cal waffle treat: take two wafflles, well toasted, spread peanut butter on one and grape jelly on the other, put together to make a sandwich. Yum.
