The new housing start stats published by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) show the NE to be dead.

I’m not in southern new england. I’m in NH. However, new homes are being built everywhere around me and selling fast too! Most are sold before being finished. It’s the existing homes that stay on the market for a couple of months – sometimes as long as 6 months.
