What is the best website CMS platform?

The one that fits the needs you have while not being too annoying or restrictive.

In other words—“best” by what criteria?

I’ve been trying a few over the last few days and have come up with the following:

Expression Engine is one of, if not entirely, the best CMS out there. But you certainly pay a premium to get onboard.

I’ve been also following a few underdogs and in particular Frog is certainly on the right track. I would be using it myself if it had a better weblog capability.

Recovery.gov uses Drupal. Just saying.

I’m a huge fan of Wordpress.
