What should I do with lots of meyer lemons?

I have a huge bag of fresh meyer lemons from a friend’s tree. Besides lemonade, what can I make with meyer lemons? Is it possible to make sorbet at home without any special machines? Or does anyone have favorite recipes for other yummy lemon treats?
