How did you celebrate Pancake day?

Damn it! In between reading about 80 pages, spending 4 hours in class, several other meetings, planning a large event (~$5000) that’s coming up, taking a midterm, finishing another project, and watching a film for class, pancake day completely slipped my mind. Maybe I can get my boyfriend to help me out with some “pancakes” before I pass out in a few minutes… ;-)
