What is the best scary movie you have ever saw?

Asked by rockchick (1points) March 1st, 2009

I am a huge fan when it comes to scary movies. I love just watching a good one, when it is very dark outside and inside my house. I have very well taught myself to believe that any of those scary movies i see that they are not real. So what is you favorite scary movie

Ummm… off topic but didn’t you have a different name yesterday when you asked the Rap Music question? Firefly?

For me, it was The Exorcist. I saw it when I was about 13 years old and I had nightmares about it for a week afterward. In fact, I found it so disturbing that I haven’t watched it again to this day.

The home video from my sophomore high school formal. Holy shit… was I really that ridiculous? And, that hair! What was I thinking?

i used to be terrified of that scene in snow white, where she’s running through the forest and the trees are going crazy.

the only ‘scary movies’ i’ve seen are the unborn and american haunting, neither of which were really scary

I was working on a movie (doing makeup and special effects) with Mark Hammill, and he has a fascination for old horror movies. He had an original reel to reel of the 3-D “Creature of the Black Lagoon”. He also got us all the glasses we needed, and we watched it in a conference room in our hotel. It was so much fun, all dark, everyone started out in the chairs but then we all started scooting to the floors, and it was cute to see so many people laying like little kids kicking their feet in the air in excitement with the movie. It was so great!

The original Halloween. I’ve been a fan of horror movies ever since.

I liked Cujo and Christine. They were scary but not over the edge. Recently Rogue was good, just scary enough and it could happen, there are crocs that big everywhere around here.
