Where can I find a digital audiobook of The Woman Warrior?

Asked by blastfamy (2174points) March 3rd, 2009

It was written by Maxine Hong Kingston.

Audible (+ iTunes) doesn’t have it…

Googling doesn’t seem to be helping…

Does anyone know of a good place to find such obscure audiobooks?

I’d prefer not to pay a fortune for it… but I’m willing to go beyond free.

Anyone know of a good source?

Ask and ye shall receive (though these appear to be mainly cassettes).

@blastfamy My 79 year old mother has one. I could see if she would sell it cheap. :)

Check the online resources of your local public library. Where I am, the library has a wealth of audiobooks online that you can download and then put onto an ipod, or just listen straight from your computer. All you need is a library membership. (For that matter, your library may have it in CD format too.)

Checked; They have it on cassette. I might be able to find a tape player…
Thanks…
