SO—I rode by. Got the block wrong—it’s btw Duboce and 14th and its called CONDUIT.

@emilyrose So, basically, absolutely none of the details, save “14th street”, were correct.

@andrew—remind me to kick your ass the next time I see you! It is on the same side as paulines, and only one block from what I described (and I noted that I may have got the block wrong!), and it’s fancy-ish. But yes, not one syllable. At least I got the one word part right!! (aren’t you the one who used google maps to ask if the bar was a clothing shop? you are so busted!!)
