Coupon Question?

If you have a coupon that says it expires on March 22nd, does that mean you can’t use it on the 22nd or that the last day to use it is on the 22nd?

Actually you should be able to use the coupon for the entire day of the expiration day shown. The best coupons are those without an expiration date, however they are difficult to locate.
Here is a coupon that has no expiration date.
