What is the best Fitness/ Tai Boxing DVD to buy?

I have a couple of Billy Blanks… which would you say is his best…

and are there any other great tai boxing martial arts fitness dvds you would recommend?

I have never used any of Billy Blanks DVDs, but I do have a great power kickboxing DVD that has helped me lose weight and stay in shape. Try this.

I used this DVD after my second son was born and I went from 140lbs. down to 117lbs.
